Confidence rarely arrives all at once. More often, it grows from the small promises we keep to ourselves.
In training, that might mean showing up for a short session, choosing a weight that supports good form, or noticing one thing your body did well today. Those wins count. They create evidence you can return to when the next challenge asks more of you.
The goal is not to make every practice perfect. The goal is to build a steady relationship with your own effort.
